This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through AquaPulse™, powered by PolyRavens LTD.
Carrier Safety Measures
Please be assured that all of our shipping partners follow applicable government guidelines and safety recommendations. The safety of our customers, carriers, and staff remains a priority.
At this time, there is no disruption to our delivery services. We recommend using a home address for delivery where possible.
All carriers operate contact-free delivery, meaning signatures are not required upon delivery. Delivery confirmations and carrier-specific guidelines can be found on the respective carrier websites. Shipment confirmation emails are provided once orders are dispatched.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate notification containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes. If a carrier is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box, an alternative delivery address may be required.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in good condition. Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aquaa-pulse.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually.
