This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through AquaPulse™, powered by PolyRavens LTD.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving the package, provided that the product is returned in good condition and has not been damaged through misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended

  • Valid proof is provided, including clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligence

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day return window
